Take Time to Pray
Psalm 146:1-2
1 Praise the LORD
Praise the LORD, O my soul.
2 I will praise the LORD all my life;
I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
Examine
7 The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped.
My heart leaps for joy
and I will give thanks to Him in song.
Notice
God
God gives strength.
God protects.
God is our helper.
God brings joy.
God is trustworthy.
Lesson
When we trust in God, we can better see how He helps us.
When we need strength and/or protection, we must turn to God.
Only our relationship with God brings true joy.
We have much to thank God for.
